New shares issued under the corporate proposals 20,000,000 (as part for purchase remaining stakes of QCL) apparently diluted the major shareholders' stakes. My understandings without data supporting on this scenario is the bonus issued particularly for the major shareholders would offset the percentage stake loss in the new shares issuance of 20,000,000. As for the actual dilutions of the shares would depends on future performance of QCL which KAB going to undertakes full control. Note : Just my layman understandings only.
