Handal Energy Berhad (“Handal” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Handal Digital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Handal (“Handal Digital”) has secured a Network Facilities Provider License (“NFP Licence”) from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”).
Handal Digital’s Malaysia wide licence application was approved by the Minister of Telecommunications and Multimedia for a period of ten (10) years. The NFP License, which is dated on 2 November 2022, enables Handal Digital to venture into the business of building, owning and renting out telecommunications towers and structures, which further expands its services and infrastructure offerings.
