We refer to the announcements dated 19 January 2022, 29 March 2022, 20 June
2022, 30 June 2022, 29 July 2022, 30 August 2022, 17 October 2022, 21 October
2022, 1 November 2022, 29 November 2022, 14 December 2022, 10 February 2023
and 28 February 2023 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the
definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of KAB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has,
vide its letter dated 8 March 2023, resolved to grant KAB a further extension
of time until 1 April 2023 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing
Requirements in relation to the issuance of the circular for the Proposed
Acquisition.
The approval for the extension of time is subject to the condition that
Kenanga IB re-submits the revised draft circular to Bursa Securities for
clearance prior to printing.

The Board of KAB wishes to announce that KABEH and UFC, had mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date as stipulated in the Agreement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to 17 May 2023.
