The Company is involved in the distribution and servicing of fluid control products and manufacturing of fabricated metal parts for industrial applications used in the water, wastewater and oil and gas industries. The Company distributes electromagnetic flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters, level transducers and pressure transmitters. The Company operates through two segments: Water and wastewater industries, and Oil and gas industry. Through its subsidiary, Cosmos Instruments Sdn. Bhd., the Company distributes fluid control products, such as electronic flowmeters and related products, as well as dataloggers to its water customers. Through its subsidiary, Marc Conleth Industries Sdn Bhd, the Company manufactures fabricated metal parts used in water, wastewater and oil and gas applications. It also provides instrumentation services of fluid control products for water and wastewater applications.
