NovelPlus Technology Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the development, operation and management of an online social reading and writing platform, NovelPlus. It operates through three segments: online reading, advertisement and print-on-demand. NovelPlus's content library of e-books comprises published novels in two languages: Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Indonesia, and as such it targets a user base, which are primarily located in Southeast Asia that are literate in either one or both of these languages. NovelPlus can be accessed through two formats: mobile application format and Web browser format. The features of NovelPlus include readers, browsing and selecting e-books, interacting with writers, personalizing reader experience, writing, publishing and editing e-books and receiving reviews and token of appreciation from readers.
