Bhd., engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) consultancy services, and distribution and marketing of computer software and hardware; MCM Systems Sdn. Bhd., involved in market research and provision of IT-related projects, including the trading of computer hardware, software and peripherals, and MCM Horizon Sdn. Bhd., engaged in the provision of IT services focusing on software development, application support services, application integration services, application package implementation services, professional services and other related activities. On December 19, 2008, the Company disposed its 45% interest in KL Biotech Sdn Bhd.
