The Company operates in three business segments: property development, property investment and others. The others segment include property management, and interior designing and consultancy. The Company's subsidiaries include Ascot Assets Sdn. Bhd., Aston Star Sdn. Bhd., Cekap Kawal Sdn. Bhd., Interior Design One Sdn. Bhd., Laser Tower Sdn. Bhd., Lembah Suria Sdn. Bhd., Lucky Bright Star Sdn. Bhd., Milik Harta Sdn.Bhd., New Planet Trading Sdn. Bhd., Prinsip Eramaju Sdn. Bhd. and SCM Property Services Sdn. Bhd. On August 1, 2008, the Company announced the dissolution of its foreign subsidiary company, Sunrise Project Services Ltd. In August 2009, the Company announced the dissolution of its wholly owned foreign subsidiary, Sunrise Sovereign Limited. On January 20, 2009, the Company completed the disposal of Milequay Ltd. and Milequay Management Services Ltd.
