The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential properties. On September 16, 2008, Loh & Loh Constructions Sdn. Bhd., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, acquired 49% interest in Loh & Loh Sato Kogyo JV Sdn. Bhd. from Sato Kogyo Co. Ltd., and a 40% interest in Sepakat Sempurna Sdn. Bhd.
