A call warrant is in-the-money when the exercise price is lower than the price of the underlying share.

if no money to take right warrants, only can do is sell pdz or, right or not? if no sell on this friday, burn all already?

You are absolutely right Charles. OR will only can be converted to Mother share after this Friday within given period, this implies that OR has no value after this Friday if no conversion (buying) done.

If I want to convert, how much do I have to pay? Say I have 10k PDZ share, so I got 60k right issue.
