Mr Xiao Zhiyi, aged 41, was appointed to the Board of the Company on 30 January 2019.  He graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a Doctor's degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics and holds a Master's degree (MBA) in General Management from Adelphi University in the USA.  He is also a member of the Executive Management Committee.

Mr Xiao is the General Manager of HuaTian Technology (KunShan) Electronics Ltd, a position which he has held since 2013.  Prior to that he was with Xiamen Yonghong Electronics Ltd from 2001 to 2009 with his last position as General Manager.
