Mr. Leong See Meng ("Mr. Leong") has extensive experience in banking and fiduciary management of financial institutions. Started in 1993 with Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, and has since worked for leading financial institutions including Citibank and Deutsche Bank. He was also the Chief Executive Officer at National Bank of Abu Dhabi. 

Prior to joining Bursa Malaysia Berhad, he was the Chief Business Officer at Cagamas Berhad.
