Mr. Soo Chee Ong ("Mr. Soo") began his career in 1999 with Cheng & Co as an External Auditor. He then advanced his career by joining QL Distribution Sdn Bhd as a Sales Executive, followed by a finance role at Metro Kajang Berhad. In 2005, he became the Finance Manager at Chundi Incorporated Sdn Bhd. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Senior Accountant and Business Development Manager at the Brunsfield Group of Companies ("Brunsfield").After gaining seven years of experience with Brunsfield, he joined United Malayan Land Bhd in 2014 as the Head of Finance and Acting Head of a Subsidiary Company for the Niche Development Division, a role he held until 2019. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2024, he led the Investment & Research Department and ESG Department at Guocoland (M) Berhad, a member of the Hong Leong Group.With extensive expertise in finance, business development, project management, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Mr. Soo brings a comprehensive and highly refined skill set to his professional endeavors.
