The Board of Directors of AsdionBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 31 July 2017, were passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today, Tuesday, 29 August 2017. All the resolutions were approved by way of voting by poll and the results of the poll are as per attachment.
