Outcome

On behalf of Perak Transit Berhad (“Company”), we are pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 14 December 2020 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM held on 29 December 2020.

The result of the poll was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
