Outcome

The Board of Directors of Radiant Globaltech Berhad ("Radiant Globaltech" or "the Company") wishes to announce thatthe resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 8 October 2020were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll via remote participation and voting at the EGM of the Company.

The result of the poll was validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
