On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("BMB"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of BMB have approved the ordinary resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 13 March 2018 by way of poll at the EGM held today.

The results were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by BMB. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the polling at the EGM.
