The Board of Directors of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 19 October 2016 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.

The results of the pollwere validated by Cooper Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, an independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
