The Board of Directors of NWP is pleased to annouce that except for Resolution 1 (To re-elect Dato' Zhang Li as a Director) which was rejected all other motions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 19th January2018were duly passed by the shareholders by pollat the 18th Annual General Meeting of NWP Holdings Berhad held on 12th February 2018.
