The Board of Directors of Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd ("MASTEEL") is pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of MASTEEL dated 29 December 2017 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of MASTEEL. The result of the poll were validated by Asia Securities SdnBerhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by MASTEEL.
