Outcome
The Board of Directors of Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust ("Pavilion REIT"),wishes to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Meeting of the Unitholders of Pavilion REIT dated 21 December 2017 was duly approved by the unitholders of Pavilion REIT at the Unitholders' Meeting held today, 16 January 2018.
The ordinary resolution was voted by poll and the results were verified by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer for the meeting. The poll results are set out in the table below:
