The Board of Directors ofPecca Group Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set outin the Notice of the NinthAnnual General Meeting ("9th AGM") of the Companydated 29October2019were dulypassed by way of poll today at the 9th AGM of the Company.
The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd [formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd],the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
