MULTI-CODE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIES (M) BERHAD ("MCE" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the 25th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 20 January 2016, all resolutions tabled, including the re-election of Mr Loo Shen Chang and Mr Tai Lam Shin as Directors of the Company were passed by the shareholders. Mr Chai Lai Koon hadnotified that he does not wish to seek re-election as a Director and accordingly retired at the conclusion of this AGM.
