The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 43rd AGM dated 27 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Comapny at the 43rd AGM held today. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
