Outcome
The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad ("Omesti" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Omesti have approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") dated 29 July 2016, at the 16th AGM.
The voting in rsepect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Inuri Management Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Omesti.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
