Outcome
The Board of Directors of Bertam AllianceBerhad ("Bertam") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Bertamhave at the Twenty-Third(23rd) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 26 May 2017, approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 28 April 2017.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Ms. Tai Ee May of IA EssentialSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
