From the daily chart above, Red SMA20 & BLUE SMA50 latest cross over occurred in Jan 2017 which initiate an entry signal at RM 0.19 because it shows the signal of the beginning of an uptrend, the short term and mid-term averages represents SMA 20 & SMA 50 respectively

The relative strength index(RSI) compares the magnitude of recent gains and losses over a specified time period to measure speed and change of price movements of a security. It is primarily used to attempt to identify overbought or oversold conditions in the trading of an asset. By looking at Karyon RSI, in 26 April, RSI drop into oversold region then directly rebound sharply from oversold region, the RSI strength is about to pass 50% then as the stock price continue to move up, estimated at the target price RM0.4 then only will enter into overbought region.

Moving average convergence divergence (MACD) is a trend-following momentum indicator that shows the relationship between two moving averages of prices. The MACD is calculated by subtracting the 26-day exponential moving average (EMA) from the 12-day EMA. A nine-day EMA of the MACD, called the "signal line", is then plotted on top of the MACD, functioning as a trigger for buy and sell signals. Present shows 12EMA(BLUE) is going to cross over with 26EMA(RED) which means it will be a buy signal

Now, by looking at larger view (weekly chart) ,Karyon stock price shows its first uptrend in Jan 2017 since sharply dumped down in Nov 2014, currently It is in the process of recovering, with the current company result, we expecting the price will climb back to at least RM0.4, the recent increasing volume with stock price also shows strong buying interest by investors. A little bit for FA, the final quarterly result will be released in this month, we do not worry about its fundamental as they have promised a positive FY17 result which could be found in last quarterly result in future prospect sections.
