*FKLI Jul 18*
Previous Close: 1765 +2
Please be noted that Jul 18 contract will be expired by next Tuesday (31/7), traders may choose to trade Aug 18 contract. FKLI continued to sustain above 1760 level with slight gains, but be cautious of foreign fund net selling. US stock market up more than 110pts last night, FKLI may gap up and continue to test rebound.
Hourly chart showed weakening strength of rebound as unable to sustain above 1770 while technical indicators crossing down, be cautious of potential RSI bearish divergence, which may drag down index in short term.
*Classic Support & Resistance*
Resistance: 1773 1796.5
Support: 1736.5 1713
*Recommend Trading Plan for the day:*
1. Look for buy signal above 1773.
2. If price retrace 1st, buy 1760 or below, stop 1755, profit 1765/1770.
