I’ve been focusing on find the 2^nd hidden gems and unable to pay attention to our forum recently. However, I have been informed that due to my absence had given a chance for someone to spam and attacking me over the forum in the past few days.

Based on the whole picture, I probably can understand the agenda behind the scene when someone started to spread those bad words or rumours over the social media against NWP.

What the heck!!! I have to disclaim that I am not belongs to either one

party and I didn’t get any single cent pay or rewards like our professional

storymaker “死逼马斯特”.. (Pui !!! x3)

It can only be explained as I have an ill-luck because accidentally touched down the battleground of two parties just because I did some own analysis covered and exposure for NWP future prospects. Speechless!!!

In the article posted by “死逼马斯特” wrote “The open market purchase of 9m shares is just public show to

distract from the fact that sensible directors are leaving NWP and disposing shares after realizing the big

trouble”.  The storyline is so amazing! Yes! Open market purchase 9m shares is fact and announcement were released on Bursa. “Public show”??I think the real public show is “Defamation campaign” which currently running by 死逼马斯特。

I have NO any objection if you said the 死逼马斯特

is from opposition side. I won't suprise too.

Based on the movement of this fellow, you will be realized when his lord has off loaded their shares on hand this fellow came out

covered this move as disposing shares because of “realizing the big troubles”.

OMG! What a joke is this? In fact, I think they are the biggest troubles for NWP. Before this, the board tussles were like a serious of Taiwan’s drama has never ended. When board tussle has never ended who dare to deal business with them? As an investor, my view is opposition party was the biggest resistance for NWP to moving forward. That’s why these crooks have to leave immediately is a bonus for NWP.

Based on the wrote article, I realized that is not only Mak H.L has disposed share to open market perhaps Tan V.T also. To recall the NWP’s tussle started from EGM called by Mak and Tan, who together hold more than a 10% stake in the company but recently due to private placement and SIS were increasing the total share issuance also caused the dilution of shares in between Mak and Tan.

Therefore, recent Mak’s maliciously disposed NWP

shares after failure in hostile takeover is

reasonable but someone is keep telling other on they realized

big troubles is coming on NWP.

Such a good story maker! TVB need your talent bro!

 In this situation, does this managing director Nelson Kee has decided bought back those Mak’s disposal portion from open market

was doing wrong? Indeed, for someone hope the share price crash down and free fall doesn’t occur of course he is feeling SAD!

Therefore, someone is trying gave investor false account in right situation keep telling other sell NWP because big trouble such as

what next destination is PN17 bla~bla~bla~ is coming soon. In fact, there is only Mak selling his

portion to open market the but instead of other person.  What the heck! ..

It looks like someone guilty conscience in the scene rather than big trouble coming to the company.

Furthermore, Mak H.L is no longer the Director of NWP after 30/9/2020!!  There is No directors

standing on the opposite side!! Can you tell me who is the sensible directors???

Generally, he has not right to imply or expressly for telling ANYONE he is director after left the board of NWP.

Thus, please DON’T try to mislead anyone here! Bastard

Mak also served in the board before since 2016 till 2020 but NWP have not come to fruition and any turnaround plans during his board journey. Thus, when now Nelson Kee came out with turnaround plans but why someone would be trying to defame and sabotage with those planning? Smart investor should know the agenda and intention behind of these fellows lol... (Silent) Don’t forget about what he has been done to Seacera in the past…

Same tactics, same strategies perhaps same keyboard warriors, who knows???

I believe justice will always back to the right side and investor will finally know the truths. Anywhere I will keep close to my eyes on NWP till its value has been on table.
