1. How does Palette generate revenue from its mobile healthcare Cloud system “I-medic”?   
 
        There are multiple ways of generating revenues from the i-medic  system, but for now, we are only 
        generating revenue from these two:
 
        i)  Franchising – we franchise the business with the platform to a franchisee in a specific territory with 
            an upfront franchise fee.
        ii) We get pay a “membership fee” from each user who uses our system in the Cloud.
 
        i)  通过连锁商业模式,该公司能在短时间内快速扩展用户群体,并打开产品知名度。连锁商业模式优点:低成本、低
            风险。
        ii) 向系统用户群体如病患、医生、医院等收取一定的费用。
 
2. What steps that has being taken in order to reach your target customer?
 
        We hire sales persons or appoint distributors or franchisee to develop the market. We partner with 
        doctors/hospitals to use our system for their patients.
 
3. How does Palette generate revenue from its WIFI SD Cards? 
 
        We appoint distributors in various countries to market the products, and we also sell online. We also 
        participate at the exhibition including the PC Fair in KL in December 2014, the Mobile Exhibition in 
        Barcelona last month, and currently at Cebit in Germany.

4. Would Palette’s next quarter of financial report in 2016 remain profitable?
 
        I can’t give you specific guideline for future profitability as we don’t currently issue future guideline.  
        However, Q4 2015, we have turned profitable and 2015 for the year, we are profitable.  With the R&D 
        invested for so many years, and with the new products, as you can see, there is sign that the Company 
        maybe turning around.
 
5. Will Palette’s mobile healthcare Cloud system able to generate more revenue in coming years?
 
        That’s the whole idea of this Cloud business model.  The business model will generate recurring 
        revenue year after year. Once a patient has signed up to use the system, it is unlikely that they 
        will stop using it unless the patient no longer exists or we have a very poor system and also 
        poor services.
 
        一旦有关用户犹如病患登记后,预计将持续使用"I-medic" 流动保健云端系统所提供的服务直至到该病患身体
        康复或者是有关系统无法提供用户们优质、良好、稳定的服务。
 
6. What would be the future prospects of the company?
 
        We are at the beginning of a turn and this turn shall give us a very strong future.  We are moving 
        into the healthcare business, which is less affected by the economic turbulence, and with the aging 
        population and increasingly health conscious society, this market is growing.  With i-medic, we 
        personalize healthcare – President Obama called it Precision Medicine.

Do not waste time on this company under the leadership of current chairman, it is like another Kbunai (3115) ,no growth for last 30 years,for Palette, I think it has not performed for last 15 years.
