Since UEM about 80% of lands is in Iskandar Nusajaya, if one is optimistic on iskandar properties, can consider UEM. But since now properties is in down time and iskandar properties is slow and oversupply at the moment, perhaps you have to look at longer term like 1-2 years for properties to rebound.
Jpmorgan, Tabung Haji, Public Mutual, Saudi Monetary Fund are some of the holder of UEM, and governmnet also a big shareholder, so provide some support from coallpsed.
