How much you think IWCity worth without bandar malaysia ?

I will queue buy at RM1.00, what about you ? How much you think it worths without bandar malaysia ? Base on ekovest's first day tarde fell about 0.3 i would guess iwctiy will fall about 0.60 at early trading, hit limit down. since iwcity has up about 2.5 since the merge saga, a 0.6 down is a moderate guess.
If confirmed bandar malaysia deal is dead, then the refer price for share swap 1.50'and before the merge saga at 1.00 is good refer point. Without bandar msia, i also doubt would Lim able to talk sultan johor to inject his lands into this company as he suggested in the merged announcement.

Yes, beside iwcity, is interesting to see how ekovest on monday. I will queue ekovest at 1.00 again. Last week just 0.01 away.

Without Bandar Malaysia, UOB still give IWCITY TP = RM5.10.
If possible, I will wait RM1.50, see can get or not.

Followind, 5.10, interesting. I think 1.5 is reasonable as the share swap price at 1.50, but it needs to hit limit dowm three times first.
Last time b4 bandar malaysia was cancelled, one resaerch house valued it at 4.50, now without bandar malaysia, and the total land also reduce about 10% compare to their first announcement of the merge, now one valued it at 5.10, that's interesting. But i guess no at this uncertain time, hard to find buyer at above 2.20.

Followind, i see, after reading your link, the 5.10 is the total land market value the company holds, b4 given discount, and hasn't taken in the debt they owed.

Annetan, one only ? I thought twice. First hit, it stop trading for hours, then 2nd hit, it stop trading for that day. But i wonder, let say if the first queue buy trade already hit 50% down, it is consider hit one or hit two limit down.
But to prevent that, one can go in at early morning when the volumn is still low, and buy at high price. Even if just one lot done at high price, it will prevent the stock fall two limit down at once in morning session.

1.00 is impossible for 1st day because limit down still above 1.00. 2nd day is possible. Too uncertain on the deal. Better wait to see if really want to buy.

Uob only said the land value at market price is 5.10 per-share, not TP. land value didn't take into consideration the debt the company owed. Like if you own an 1 million house at market price, didn't mean you worth 1million, could be taht you owe bank 900k, so you only net worth 100k.

I try queue just now, ithe system said bcos of limit down, 2.16 is the lowest i can queue. i guess it will hit 2.20 tomorrow morning session. probably will end at about 1.8 - 2.2 at first day. If you want to queue at below 1.5, have to wait for 2nd day. By wednesday, there might be some surprising news as china representatives are coming to discuss this with the government. Share holder might want to hold it until then, then only decide the next move.

Heard that land not suitable, in current state, for development. That's why China back out. Grossly underestimated development costs because of this. Seller forgot to inform.

Don't feel guilty la LA777 if u gain from it at a bargain price.
I sometimes lose & other people buy at my bargain price. I also don't feel angry about it. This stock market is not like human love relationship game. Playing stock market does not involve love, hate, angry, like, envy, & jealousy feelings lah. Stock market is just to make or lose money game.
