Fundamental Analysis:

Bursa (1818) business model is like the GameMaster for KLSE. As participants (insti or retailers) trade more, the more money BURSA (1818) will make. So Basically BURSA (1818) generate Revenue from : a) participant’s trading of both Securities & Derivative  b) IPO / Corporate exercises c) other Bursa Products.

Average Day Trading Volume (ADV) momentum has not been affected by the lifting of RSS. Lets all anticipate how much money and dividend will Bursa be announcing on 2 Feb 2021

Technical Analysis: 

After 5 months of consolidating & trading within sideways range, BURSA(1818) finally broke out from Resistance of RM9.07 with convincing volume. Buying rate was high as well. There is a high possibility that BURSA(1818) might retest the next resistance of RM10.29.

With the Resistance of RM9.07 cum Support, At the current price of RM9.18, the Reward to Risk Ratio is appealing of about 4.5 times.

Conclusion:

We believed that BURSA(1818) is indeed a Fundamentally sound company to invest in. WIth its recent breakout, high possibility that BURSA (1818) will start to change from sideways trend to UP-Trend !

Also, BURSA (1818) is widely covered by analyst from IB.

Consensus Target Price: 10.39 ~ which is around the Resistance Area
