Malaysia's oil & gas sector continues to remain under pressure with most counters missing their earnings target. Contract flows in the 2Q'16 is also at its lowest level since 2012. Crude oil prices could see a rebound, but the outlook remains challenging. AllianceDBS' top pick is Bumi Armada with further upside.
