The company segments include Investment property holding which is involved in leasing out commercial properties. The Project management segment consists of project management consultancy for property development. The Investment holding and other segment are mainly involved in the company's corporate services. The Property development segment is involved in the constructing and developing residential and commercial properties. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of steel bars. It is also engaged in the construction of residential, commercial building, shopping mall, college, hospital as well as roadworks projects.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 December 2020, 8 January 2021, 15 January 2021, 18 June 2021 and 23 June 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 17 December 2021, submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
