Arbb liew， 尽快将此人拘留审问， 免得他像刘特左卷款逃之夭夭。会计行一年换一个，再权威的会计行都不是侦探行，若出示假的involce会计行是很难辨别的，会计行的主要工作是做账，而不是像侦探一样查找出involce的真假。arbb, 一年换一个会计行，太可疑了？ 难道他们的帐很难做？会计行有钱不赚？ 非也， 而是当中有很多可疑的帐出现。 （2） Arbb， 申请Nasdaq， 可到Nasdaq官方网站查到arbb的申请ipo之进度，目前他们只停留在申请了F-1/A之表格，nasdaq的效率是很高，通常2-3星期就会回函与公司互动，但是Arbb 却没有与Nasdaq有任何的互动，据悉，不符合资格的公司，nasdaq压根不会回函。（3）公司没有任何的回馈小股东的举动，明确声明公司现在及往后不会给任何的股息(开门见山，这方面，我挺尊敬的）。既然没有股息，股价就要在很低的价钱才买入，小股东玩的是股价波动，赚价差。 但是大股东的股票数量确是很庞大的，却成本一股，据悉才几分钱。所以他们大股东都很有钱。没有诚信的公司，没有为社会带来价值的公司，股票是一文不值的。 （4）Ageson执行董事陈，终于出事了，殃及了Arbb的刘，报纸明文报导出来，两人涉嫌欺诈，伪造文件。 如此没有诚信的领导人物，有嫌疑在身，风险不是一毛钱股价便宜可以说清楚的，而是一文不值，完全不应该买如此的股票。看看近来的世霸，就可以说明问题。股价 RM 0.02。 其实应该更低的股价的。 人们宁愿相信Capital A， 面临破产的公司，多过这样欺诈，伪造的执行董事之公司，完全不能相信的。

While it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may
be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff
comments.
Week 1. Company submits application for listing and Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff begins its review.
Weeks 2-3. Staff completes its preliminary review and prepares comment letter.
Weeks 3-4. Company addresses any issues raised by Staff.
Weeks 5-6. Staff completes their review and company is approved for listing

Just lodge report to Bursa and SC, don't let this type of conman company keep ravaging our market, take legal advice to caveat the assets and freeze the bank account.
Besides, the authorities should question the credibility of business awards such as Super Golden Bull, "Malaysia Technology Excellence Award", "IRB ASEAN AWARDS 2022", "Best Entrepreneur Awards", "ASIA PACIFAC ENTERPRISE AWARD", etc...Very curious how the judge ARBB and AGESON.

(1)首先，星洲日报是上市公司，新闻不能毫无根据地报导。 如果星洲报导一则新闻，它必须付出全责。 如果Arbb 刘没有涉嫌欺诈及伪造文件，大可起诉星洲日报诽谤，要求星洲日报刊登道歉启事，更正新闻的报导。 但是刘却没有任何的行动 （2）一旦星洲被起诉诽谤Arbb刘， 并且刘胜诉，Arbb及刘的名声将会水涨船高，名声信誉都会有所提高。 一旦星洲败诉， 该公司也将面对巨额赔款的罚款。 （3）新闻明文报导出来，Arbb刘涉嫌欺诈及伪造文件，这并非儿戏， 将对刘及Arbb公司的信誉一落千丈。 （3）企业以人本，企业都是人做出来的，企业领导不诚实做生意，信誉破产，公司也将面临破产的命运。 所谓万丈高楼平地起，奠基在于信誉。 （4）公司确实申请了Nasdaq ipo上市，但是纳斯达也没有回函Arbb。 如果Arbb 收到Nasdaq 的8A Form. 就很有机会可以每个纳斯达上市。 否则只会停留在 申请阶段。（5）现在投资Arbb还不是时候，公司还没有证明自己。 刘也没有证明自己的清白。
