A recent study at Wharton says that 96% of leaders and managers report being extroverted, and only 6% saw introversion as an advantage. The figures add up- extrovert qualities like confidence and charisma have long been hailed as prized traits in leaders. But innovators and leaders like Albert Einstein and Mark Zuckerberg suggest that introverts could be as superior, if not better, than their revered counterpart.  Beth Buelow, founder of The Introverted Entrepreneur, elaborates.
