what raider said so true. Why must have a view that govt hospital no good. Govt hosp very good one.

Education I think better go private. Local school teacher no standard.

Police protect or not subjective. depends where you stay

correct loh.....!!

But the chinese don really use it bcos perceive low quality, not suitable and difficulty to enjoy like getting into local university....but a big chunked of the government budget are really spend on education, healthcare and security loh...!!

The other reasons why chinese and indians do not think it is a priviledge or rights for govt services, bcos generally these group people perceived to suffer 2nd class citizen treatment for many many years loh....so they are taught and condition to fend for themselves loh.....!!

Just like children not favor by parent....so they need to take care of themselves loh...!!
