On Monday, foreigners dumped USD1.4 billion worth of A-shares, after Chinese markets re-opened following its week-long holiday.

We spoke to Joe about the current selloff, and whether global markets could be headed for another liquidity crunch, which was a key feature for the last global financial crisis 10 years ago.
