Brain cell formation or neurogenesis is said to continue to happen throughout life. It is on this basis that we are encouraged to exercise to make new brain cells. To weigh on this controversy, Dr Azlina Ahmad Annuar is joined by Dr Norshariza Nordin, whose research involves working with neural stem cells.
