Why simply ban leh?
As long as smoking is not done at the expense of non smoker health loh..!
Raider suggest the following loh....!!
1. Allow smoking outlet loh....but non smokers come at their own risk loh....!! But govt should levy or tax this outlets loh...!!
2. Allow smoking special rooms with proper ventilations with smoke extractors loh....!!
Smoking and beer drinking...should be given same treatment...cannot simply discriminate them mah....!!
As long as non users are protected loh....!!

I'm more concern with the overall cleanliness if the restaurant and their cook place.
