The disappearance of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi earlier this month in Istanbul has rocked the international community and tarnished the progressive image of Saudi crown prince Muhammad bin Salman.
 

After initially denying any involvement in his disappearance, Saudi Arabia has now finally admitted that Khashoggi was murdered, saying that the act was a "tremendous mistake".
