In honour of the 106th anniversary of the Titanic’s maiden voyage, we’re taking a look at what author, educator and business owner, Nadya Zhexembayeva, has termed “Titanic syndrome”; this is defined as a corporate disease, where a company brings about its own downfall through arrogance, excessive attachment to the past, or simple inability to recognise the new and emerging world.
