This proverbial tortoise and hare story has no happy ending. Perhaps ministers declaring where they send their kids to school should be up there with asset declaration.

2 possibilities,
1. Income of Malaysians improved, so the parents can afford to send their children to international schools
2. National schools are lousy, no parents want to send them there, unless you really no $$$
