After working from home for more than two years, companies are now trying to get everyone to return to the office. While some of us feel excited to finally see our colleagues in person again, some of our co-workers might feel extremely overwhelmed; they may feel self-conscious, have a difficult time talking to colleagues, clients and managers, or even sometimes skip lunch due to fear of interaction.
