Signature International appointed as Teka’s authorised dealer

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 7): Signature International Bhd said it has been appointed as the authorised dealer of built-in kitchen appliance specialist Teka Kuchentechnik (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

In a bourse filing, the kitchen cabinet provider said it was allowed to sell Teka kitchen products at the assigned sales area or point of sales of Signature in the country.

The one-year deal came into force on Jan 1, Signature said, adding that it expects the agreement to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023 onwards.

Teka Malaysia is principally engaged in the business of built-in kitchen appliances, including distributing kitchen appliances to project customers and retail dealers.

Signature’s share price closed 8 sen or 3.29% lower at RM2.35 on Tuesday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM693.83 million.
