CK>> No movement in share prices for all Jotech, AIC and AutoV even though their non-interested shareholders were voted in favour for the proposed merger deal during EGM held on 20-22 March.
Hopefully the next catalyst in share prices would come from the High Court approval for the proposal capital reduction and distribution. Expected to be mid of April 2012 as per tentative timetable below:
