市场下跌加上通货膨胀的环境下，各个媒体及投资大佬都说要投资在拥有定价权的公司。那么什么样的公司有定价权呢？

上游：拥有者定价

中游：创新者定价

下游：规模定价

上游原材料的公司，如铁矿石，石油生产商，定价权的能力取决于公司是否拥有其矿产的所有权。通过租赁或承包的产能通常他们的定价权都没有这么强。

处于产业链中游的公司，如生产光刻机，晶圆，机械设备等等，定价权的能力取决于公司的技术以及创新能力。先进的制成或者是先进的工艺就是定价权的关键。

下游的玩家，规模就是定价权的关键。处于产业链的下游的公司，如零售， Last mile delivery, 等等，扩大规模能够降低成。作为市场成本最低的玩家，定价权和最高。

投资要选择这些公司，做生意的也应该将重心着重于提高自身的定价权。
