Once take a look at DPS balance sheet..total borrowing just merely 52k with cash balance of almost 800k. So it is a net cash company. However this company has big retained earning of more than 50m and if add up with other reserve the company able to give bonus issue of 1 for 1. The share capital is small only about 62m. NTA is 20c which is almost double than the current market px of 10-10.5c. The company is in the mid of diversifying into property sector. It has property develoment in Melaka with estimated GDV of 189m. It also waiting for Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Berhad to asses the quantum of damage. All this expect to be positive for DPS in 2nd half of 2017. 

Looking at the chart, DPS price was bottom out in  Aug 2015 at 6c and stage a strong rebound and hit the high of 16.5c, thereafter enter the a one yr correction period till Dec 2016 and made a long term breakout on the Super Diamond in the beginning of 2017. The stock is now in the beginning of new uptrend circle. I refer this a possible major wave 3 with target likely to hit above 1.27

The stock is current hitting a minor resistance at the daily 200mv for almost 2 months and expect to make a breakout to hit the 1st target of 16-17c thereafter 40c. Possible breakout likely to come either end of May or beginning of June.
