SAP, the German software company, will pay more than $220 million to resolve U.S. bribery investigations, the Department of Justice said on Wednesday.
The resolution stems from schemes to pay bribes to government officials in South Africa and Indonesia, the department said. SAP also settled related civil claims by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
