U.S. stocks rose on Wednesday, with both the S&P 500 and Dow advancing to records, after Republicans took control of the Senate, allaying fears of drawn-out runoffs and raising investor hopes for more business- and energy-friendly policies.

Shares in Hong Kong fell on Wednesday on signs that China's economy continued to lose momentum heading into the fourth quarter, and as slumping revenues hit Macau casino shares. Asian markets are set for gains today following strong jobs data with focus turning to ECB's rate decision due tonight.

Holding long

Plan A : 23501-24113, do nothing

Plan B : Below 23501, cut

Plan C : Above 24113, consider taking profits if it couldn't sustain

Plan D : Consider intraday sell if market fails to break above 23807 and retrace

Plan E : Cut above 24113

FKLI

Market successfully defended above 1840.5 and settled at 1846 despite some early scare yesterday. Market is expected to move within same range today, possibly firmer even though Ringgit is weak against USD.

Plan A : Attempt long if market stays firm above 1847

Plan B : Cut below 1840.5

Plan C : Consider intraday sell if market surges but fails to break above 1860

Plan D : Cut above 1865.5

FCPO

FCPO tumbled after failing to hold firm above 2285 yesterday. Market is expected to remain weak today, moving in tandem with bean and dalian. Weak Ringgit could limit the losses but any rebound will likely be weak for now.

Plan A : Attempt selling if market rebounds but fails to break above 2272

Plan B : Cut above 2285

Plan C : Consider buying if market were to open lower but holds firmly above 2226

Plan D : Cut below 2200
